The guides are free. The site is paid for by featured contractors.
- In some trades, one local contractor pays to be the featured partner. Their listing is labeled "Featured partner" wherever it appears.
- If you ask for help through a form or call button on a guide, your request goes to that trade's featured partner. The form says so before you send it.
- Partners don't write or approve the guides, and paying doesn't change what a guide says.
