For-Sale-by-Owner Roadmap and Reminders
- The dates on your roadmap and in your reminders assume your offer uses the standard deadlines printed on Wisconsin's offer forms (the WB-11, or the WB-14 for a condo). If your offer sets different deadlines, go by your offer.
- Reminders are a convenience. Email can be late or land in spam, so don't rely on them as your only way to track a deadline.
- You can change your dates or stop your reminders at any time from the link in any reminder.
- If you share your roadmap, the other side sees the same dates and checklist and can change them. Ticking a deadline on the roadmap isn't a notice under your offer; notices go by the method written into the offer. Only invite someone who's part of your sale.
